In lieu of production kitchens (Asias, Americas, K-16 and Garde Manger) closing due to the curriculum renovation, a kitchen run by student hires and an assigned chef has come up. Call them “pop-up” production kitchens, if you will.
One of them right now is called “Fun With Food” in K-9. As far as my memory goes, they have done diner food tonight and yesterday being “brinner” or known as breakfast for dinner. Since I felt having savory food, I had the huevos rancheros.
